There are quite a few missing links herein, many of which can
be pulled from the existing documentation and made specific to "capetown".
Make copies of existing pages to [[capetown whateverthetopicis]and you can
link stuff via the [[capetown whatever|whatever]] syntax to make it more
clear.

I'm off to take a stab at release notes and then I plan to fire off another
build. Well, first, lunch.
