This is the first release containing fixes to bugs 216 and 195 - now that
those bugs are stomped, we hope to start working up the stack and finally
start beating the bloat, for real.

This version has tcp_low_latency enabled by default, 5 different tcp
algorithms and the usual horde of stuff documented on the router itself - an
example of which is at:

http://jupiter.lab.bufferbloat.net/cerowrt

Other tidbits:

Linux 2.6.39.4
Latest (aug 11) compat-wireless
dropbear runs out of xinetd and there are now sensors
some yet-to-be-tested diffserv classification stuff
working ahcpd & babel

the RC5 images for the wndr3700v2 are at:

http://huchra.bufferbloat.net/~cero1/cerowrt-wndr3700-1.0rc5/

A HUGE THANKS TO EVERYONE AT ISC.ORG for helping setup a full blown test-lab
with native ipv6 support, this past week!

(many other huge thanks: openwrt folk, ahcp/babel folk, bloat-list, jg, etc,
etc)
