I have a question. Please feel free to refer me to some resource I
should go and read.
The consumer CPE business is extremely cost-sensitive, and so such
devices must rely on hardware forwarding, because it would be
unaffordable to equip them with enough cores tobe able to lift all
packets to the CPU. How does one implement AQM in such an architecture?
