Hi, I was watching https://ripe88.ripe.net/archives/video/1394/
Slide 15 references FCC's DA-18-710.
I didn't understand why anyone would feel the need to advertise the IXP
fabric space downstream. It is convenient, particularly for BCP38 filtering,
if it doesn't need to be treated in a special way, but then slide 15 came up.
Oh. I see why this matters.
