[Bloat] Real-life bufferbloat while shopping

I tried to go shopping this afternoon and Costco is enforcing social 
distancing by lining up customers outside the store in a very long line. 
They're allowing people to enter in batches of 50. Which means the line 
doesn't move for a very long time. I finally gave up and left. So now I've 
had the experience of being a dropped packet.

To avoid bufferbloat , They should keep number of people inside shop.
One in by one out.

having to stand 6ms apart from folk is really bugging me in a new way,
one that I never imagined.

I'm partially blind and partially deaf. I rely on lip-reading a LOT!
and I can't hear or see a !@#! distinct thing through a mask 6ms (ft)
away! People sound worse than cell phones.

One of my hopes for aids like google glass was to have 'em lip read
for me... or do speech to text.
