Maybe?

Ony my work machine, which is and old Mac Mini running Monterey 12.7.6, typing:
sysctl net.inet.tcp

shows me, among many other things:
net.inet.tcp.use_ledbat: 0
net.inet.tcp.ledbat_plus_plus: 1
net.inet.tcp.rledbat: 1

And also, I see this:
