Looks like Netflix had a presentation at the RIPE 78 meeting yesterday
about buffer sizing, AQM and it's impact on QoE. Including a nice
mention of FQ-CoDel.

I was puzzling over their results, and trying to duplicate them, when
I hit slide 17

Buffering 500ms down / {200,500}ms up
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Methinks inbound shaping with fq_codel might also be a good test!
