Not sure what to make out of this though:

"The chart for download latency among Germany's leading ISPs reveals significant variability and
performance differences. Hetzner stands out with a notably high median latency of 190 ms, considerably
higher than its peers, reflecting its unique position with potentially larger variations in network

My point is hetzner is a hoster, not an ISP, let alone a leading ISP... now I consider numbers from hosters quite interesting, but I do have reservations if a study paints with too broad a brush.

I will be careful to interpret any other data in there (in spite of liking the carefully statistical representations and tests, but if the inputs are garbage... GIGO still applies).
