From more recent replies on that thread, it looks like they have two settings: "Mitigate Bufferbloat" turns on some form of AQM (or SQM), and "Cable Optimisation" turns on a shaper.
With both turned on, people are getting A grades from dslreports, so it's probably at least fq_codel in use, if not Cake.
