You will need four devices, if your modem is not itself a route= r:

Modem =A0----- =A0Router (does NAT)
=A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 | =A0 =A0|
=A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0AP =A0 =A0AP =A0 (both in bridge mode)
