Like many I think, I've been getting off of twitter (and facebook), of
late. Of the chat systems I've played with, I like matrix the best, so
I started a #bufferbloat:matrix.org there and am @dtaht:matrix.org
currently (until I figure out how to setup a homeserver). I'm really
impressed by the new p2p chat system and the upcoming stacked SFU work
in particular.

However if there is more activity moving to mastodon or discourse, I'd
be willing to follow the herd there.
