I'd like to imagine that two tests close together from the same ip
with dramatically improved results means someone just fixed their bloat...
but this doesn't look close enough together.

Dave, Here’s a set that I personally observed as a neighbor deployed an IQrouter today.

After: https://www.dslreports.com/speedtest/7486899 Get’s an A using the self-configuring IQrouter

That's pretty awesome. All customers have to do is tell 2 friends, and
them tell 2 friends, and then two more friends... and we'll get there!
