Verizon testing TCP BBR over LTE.

Compared TCP Cubic vs BBR while driving on highway from Boston
to New Jersey.

Excellent data and a fun experiment. They weren't in a white ford
bronco by any chance?

I also found the baseline RTT (25ms!?) to be quite remarkable through the trip.
