I came across the following video about starlink:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGhXZnqBoMs&t=548s
At about 7:28, there is a plot of latency under load. It looks good,
at around 2x the base latency.
Has anyone gone and looked at the underlying documents that the video
presenter has mined for these?
