OpenWrt's qos-scripts package uses fq_codel, so his manual approa= ch is
not really necessary. Just install the qos-scripts package and
configure /etc/config/qos. Documentation is here, but site seems to be
down at the moment: http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/uci/qos
