Yeah, I'm not sure either. At least at the moment anyway. 

I did go ahead and run rrul_be with CAKE enabled just for the sake of doing it. It's available with all the other runs and if it's helpful then great.

well the rrul_be test would be more comparable to the htb+fqcodel test.
or...
i have no idea how to do a 3 tier sqm like model in microtik
