Hi List,
Just pushed feature branches 'intervalus' to Dave's sch_cake & tc-adv
repos. May save someone some typing somewhere. Not merging at this
point as aware there may be some existing activity in that area.
rtt parameter is passed in 'microseconds' rather than 'milliseconds'.
Tested working on Archer C7
