Meaning sometimes it's lower, I assume.  Can you send a link?  I forget if it reveals the IP, you can send just to me if that's less risky.

They give you the Ping Monitor IP address in the FAQ (so you can allow it).  It means you can try ping (or traceroute) to it yourself if you want to play with it.
