Fall Creators update, killed my whole internet connection for 1 or 2 hours two times (two systems to update).

Even the Google homepage would timeout using cake (or fq_codel or no sqm at all), until I figured out the dual-src/dsthost flags in sqm-scripts.

It looks like it had a LOT of simultaneous flows... Maybe they got the P2P update distribution working
