In case someone is interested, I forked the ceropackages feed and only left the packages required to install cake and pie (iproute2 and the two kernel modules).
This has the small advantage of not screwing the buildroot when installing all packages from all feeds.
I also use the latest version of sch_cake, altough Jonathan's latest changes only matter for kernel 4.2, and OpenWrt trunk is based on kernel 4.1.6.
