about the only objection I have left! is that toke's first cake commit
for mainline does not have any "interesting" stats in it. They are are
from an idle period.
I don't actually have a router up as I write, it would be cool if
someone here could supply one from a few days of uptime with things
like the ack-filter enabled, while saturating with tons of traffic....
Can live without this, but, ya know...

This is what my router reports right now on my humble cable Comcast.
The connection is advertised as 10mbps/2mbps, though they must have
upgraded the downstream speed to 15mbps silently.
