(In less demanding cases there's little difference though).
In my continuing quest to learn tc syntax...
I report that 'tc stab overhead 40' works correctly with 'tc cake
atm'. It reduces the latency in this case, no difference from SQM
with the same setting. Can't ask for more than that :).
Assuming there's a new cake build at some point, I will happily try
'tc cake overhead 40'.
I'm not really watching the router CPU. It seems to be running at
below 20% (all in softirq).

Also learnt netperf-wrapper --gui and --batch. Really nice tooling,
without it I'd be getting confused and tired by now.
