I have a 5/1 Mbit cable connection. I setup Cake like this:
$TC qdisc add dev enp4s0 root cake bandwidth 850Kbit ack-filter

I ran Flent like this:
flent rrul --output=rrul.png --plot=all
	--host=netperf.bufferbloat.net --length=60

This produced the graphs attached. Let me know if you have questions or 
want other tests.
