  Testing showed a depth of 10 to be too low on ethernet

depth of 10 rate limited things to about 80Mbit/sec at 100Mbit for
one stream. Similarly, limited things to about 170Mbit/sec
at 1GB.

depth of 20 chosen arbitrarily. (it's also rougly equal to 20 acks)
