  Update dibbler to git head

this fixes the crash on multiple interfaces bug,
allows assigning prefixes on designated interfaces
and a few other things.

downlink-prefix-ifaces "se00", "sw00", "sw10", "gw00", "gw10"

appears to be the right thing....
