  Author: Dave Taht <dave.taht@bufferbloat.net>
  Date: 2012-03-03 (Sat, 03 Mar 2012)

  Changed paths:
    A net/hipl/Makefile
  A net/hipl/files/hipd.init
  A net/hipl/files/hipfw.init

  Log Message:
  -----------
  Added hip package

HIP is another interesting host-identity protocol.

This package is merely an extract from their source tree, made
mildly more buildable by slamming it into ceropackages.

That said, it's obvious the package needs work to 'just work',
notably dealing with firewall issues, and configuration.
