Author: Toke Høiland-Jørgensen <toke@toke.dk>
Date: 2015-07-29 (Wed, 29 Jul 2015)
Changed paths:
M luci/luci-app-sqm/files/sqm-cbi.lua
Log Message:
-----------
[luci-app-sqm] Use stat instead of opening the run_path dir.
Check whether the directory exists by calling stat() instead of opening
a file pointer to it.
