It's quite likely it didn't pull any of the sqm-scripts from the CeroWrt feed at all. attached is the most recent version of sqm-scripts, just drop simple.qos, simples.qos and functions.sh from that into your router’s /usr/lib/sqm and you should be running to most recent version then.
