I've been wondering an ipv6 delegation from a new modem, and was
mildly overjoyed
that wireshark had a pithy message when it refuses the request.

Status Message: Server support for prefix delegation is not enabled.
Sorry buddy.

I really miss the days of "make love" sometimes.

That said, is ipv6 prefix delegation working for anyone else on comcast of late?

I'm trying to understand why wireshark would request a prefix at all, rather than
using whatever prefixes already owned by the system wireshark is running on...

Or is wireshark merely observing a downstream system making the request and
getting smacked down, and making snide remarks about it?
