Subject: [Cerowrt-devel] windows 81. dns problems
Date: Wed, 05 Nov 2014 00:02:16 -0500 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <5459AF58.2030600@eggo.org> (raw)
I don't think this is related to the cerowrt environment but, I just
wasted most of the day tracking down intermittent connectivity problems
that seem to be related to Windows 8.1/cerowrt DNS interaction. Have any
solution yet. According to Mr. Google, Windows 8.1 has its head up
its...with regards to DNS.
The primary symptom is that ping usually works ( able to resolve domain
name), ssh does not resolve names.
