I just tried doing `./scripts/feeds install sqm-scripts` on a CC
HEAD(ish) checkout. That does add sqm-scripts (ls -l
package/feeds/packages has an sqm-scripts in there). The menuconfig
entry is under 'Base system' which threw me off when looking for it just
now...
