Basically, "simplest.qos" is "simple.qos" without explicit diffserv handling, leaving prioritisation in the hands of fq_codel's thin/thick flow logic. Dave found some bugs in the diffserv matching code, which led to simplest.qos as an alternative approach which seems to perform well. So I would suggest trying out simplest.qos and seeing if that works well for your workload. If it doesn't, see if simple.qos is better. Bonus points for posting details on the difference :) -Toke --=-=-= Content-Type: application/pgp-signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.19 (GNU/Linux) iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJReN8lAAoJEENeEGz1+utPycAIALJDjY95mP/amVVHBjw4UuDC 4diLIbT5qWcGEzPF42EJqZ4HsHF/SGJui6HSn3pAS2xb17g7Upd28BFdaHD8UGtR OuzOdW5ZIhPHb0Myhclqz0c9wqRUO47FyXzoQjKHgfA6A0Trym5OEXp32ftlCrmM WteLA0uu7rLRAUKVN4toGgX1uJ3hX9nx4+RBS82zjSDwUSrYTDKqmhqhMNSeAqKh d8U1437N76h8QedyOijNL8rnPdylve5udgQhaiTw+AMSLgPGZSfCJzPUbQpFpwod wqbDOrhyS1M14vOfRKAuZGILudf/DZ+NFSbHq1+R77B1n5WhEdlxaAUFOaIyNZY= =7NXL -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-=-=--
