spring: https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/spring/vPLYU-jdUxckNNRWsBgUq0EGgFk/
these folk submitted patches with great enthusiasm for the concept to
the netdev mailing list:
https://www.ietf.org/id/draft-li-6man-app-aware-ipv6-network-01.txt
and the fcc glowingly describes how well their centralized "AFC" db
for spectrum management of newly unlicensed spectrum is gonna work all
over this:
https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/DOC-363490A1.pdf
without, actually, having any code.
not a good day for the internet. anybody have any good news today? I
could use some. Best thing I've seen all day was:

language and honest opinions)
