after beating up 4 boxes with this all day... building a cleanroom
kernel as well

I still have a ton of patches to clean up and so on and I hope to fold
in a bunch of package related stuff by thursday. And I hope we'll be
'feature complete' at that point.

I'm going to just let it melt under benchmarks for a couple days while
