The SQM system setup is for Download : 54000
Upload : 34000

Yeah I prefer to have low latency rather than raw bandwidth especially
since I am a gamer and my family likes to be on YouTube and download files
and be on the Internet in general.  So the low latency is a big plus in my
book.
