I'm doing some tests (playing with some new tests for netperf-wrapper), and my usual test server appears to be down (Toke's server). And Dave's server at bufferbloat.net is _way_ too far away at 180ms (and I get really uneven bandwidth to there).

And feel free to reply off-list if you don't want to put it out publicly.

(I'm testing over DSL, so only about 20Mbps down, and 1Mbps up at best).
