Hi list,

Just wanted to share this tweet from Jake Appelbaum (@ioerror) today.
Seems to have a lot in common with the politics of net neutrality,
economics of bandwidth vs latency, bufferbloat, fast lanes, control
over fibers, etc. Here goes:
