Thing is I've not seen it really trigger on wifi at least according to the stats. I see "flow control". Could you hit it really hard with flent locally and see what happens? flent -H myownlanboxalsoatgige --te=3Dupload_streams=3D200 tcp_nup and poll the netstat option.
