Subject: [LibreQoS] End to End QoS Across the Global Internet
Date: Thu, 5 Oct 2023 14:40:47 -0700 [thread overview]

Can LibreQoS support QoS across the global Internet which has multiple
administrative domains?
I recall that Diffserv has local semantics and only works in a given
administrative domain. Bandwidth Brokers (BB) were envisioned to provide
diffserv support across administrative domains. But BB did not succeed and
no new QoS signaling was standardized to signal Diffserv requirements
across the Internet.
Thanks
Hesham
