[LibreQoS] LibreQos 2023 recap, Powercode & Sonar integration added, LTS (Long-Term Stats) open to everyone!

Hello to all LibreQoS friends and Happy New Year!

If you have missed our social media posts at the end of 2023, LibreQoS
adoption map now looks like this: *17 US states plus 28 countries* on top
of it. And counting.

We have finalised *Powercode and Sonar integration*, which makes our CRM
count to 4: Splynx, UISP, Powercode & Sonar. Or 5, we count also LMS
integration

done by one of our Polish customers <3 for Poland's most used ISP CRM.

Another one to be added is VISP, obviously. If you have any other CRM

everyone*. Yay!
