My Archer C7 v2 says Qualcomm Atheros QCA9880.
I checked using iperf3, and it says about 40 mbps.
I remember getting at least 70mbps.
I copied Toke's patch to a new build about a month ago, when I redid my WiFi. Maybe it broke some time ago.
I had been using up to date versions of that patch for months.
Noah
Hmmm, again...
Doesn't the C7 have the QCA9880? Noah, what kind of speed do you get on yours?
I just checked the OpenWRT hardware page... Seems it does. Checked the C2600, it says it does, but not which dash number version of the chip, if that makes any difference.
I would have guessed that if you only got 4-6Mbit on it, you wouldn't consider it working, really... so interested in hearing if Noah is seeing normal speeds somehow.

We need to put some pressure on QCA to add push-pull support to the
firmware. This is MU-MIMO capable hardware which should be able to
handle push-pull without breaking a sweat.
I have tested this on a brand new Archer C2600.

There's new hardware shipping without this feature? WTF?
Putting pressure on QCA is all well and good, but unfortunately it's not
something we've had a lot of luck with so far :/
