Hi Dave, I still have a gut feeling that leveraging 802.11e=E2=80=99s EDCA might = be worthwile to try to tackle the txops issue. Not only do higher = ACs/access categories use shorter "RF episodes=E2=80=9D but they also = get increasingly more immediate access to the air, and that might help = on an AP to =E2=80=9Cmanage/distribute=E2=80=9D fairness even if the = stations themselves are not cooperating. If the AP can/could tell the = stations which maxumum length to use for TX that would be probably = nicer, but giving the AP the option to overrule hesitant/stubborn = stations might still be valueable. I assume that all stations will play = nicely with 802.11e here=E2=80=A6 Best Regards Sebastian
