sci-hub blocked for you? :sigh:

IEEE reference:

https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/8802027

I have a tendency to just bypass the paywalls these days. You can find
a site where it is still up via: https://whereisscihub.now.sh/

I'll be sad if ever sci-hub gets fully blocked. I'd go broke if I had
to have a membership in every org "doing science". Usually I just
paste the dot into sci-hub
