I am always looking for repeatable experiments (scripts and so forth),
to carry the work forward, even if the paper isn't published yet. got
anything in github?

There's some exciting work going on with SCE - among iother things the
possibity of addig ecn support to bbr1 and 2... and I'm also trying to
get a grip on the behaviors of the new
ax chips.
