Hello

The new Comcast Innovation Fund site is now open and accepting funding
requests for 2019 at https://comcastinnovationfund.smartsimple.com

As we wrote in an email sent to you last week, the Comcast Innovation Fund
has switched to a new grant application management system. To use this new
system you'll need to re-register with an account on the new site and
create your grant proposals via the new system.

*The direct link to the new site is:*
https://comcastinnovationfund.smartsimple.com

*The direct link to the old site (which you will be able to access for a
time) is:*
https://comcast.fluidreview.com

*Registering for the new site*

Registration for the new site will use your email address as your login
name.

As part of registering for the new system we will also ask you to setup
your associated company/instituation/organization. If you are not
professionally affiliated with an organization, please setup for your
orginzation what you would use if you were contracting such as your
personal company or personal LLC infomation. We use the organization
information to manage distributions for awarded grants.

Once you've registered, the system will send you a confirmation email with
a link that you will use to set your password on the new account.

*Exisitng Drafts and Open Applications*

You will need to recreate any Draft Applications and Submitted Applications
that were still open for review on the old system. This is necessary so
that your new application is properly linked to your account on the new
system. The forms are very similar and recreating them is a simple matter
of a few minutes of your time to cut and paste between the old and new
systems.

If you are one of the people with an application that is still under review
in the old system, this change will not change your project reviewed or
your chances of being approved in anyway. It's just a new platform for
managing the existing review process.

The criteria and committee review process the fund uses remain the same, we
are just switching to a new management tool for administering the process.

*Innovationfund.comcast.com <http://Innovationfund.comcast.com>*

The main Innovation Fund site innovationfund.comcast.com is still being
migrated, so for now please use the direct link above to register, draft,
and submit applications. We'll notify you when the main site migration is
complete so you can resume using it.

If you have questions please email us at innovation_fund@comcast.com.

regards
Glenn Deen
