The final version from the FCC vote is available here:
https://www.fcc.gov/document/6-ghz-unlicensed-rofnprm  Appendix A is the
actual rules.

I understand some last minute changes were made between Apr 2 draft and
this Apr 24 final version - so don't build and certify any hardware based
on last week's link :).
