I have been do= ing battle on other fronts (hardware for MeshPoint) and now finally got bac= k to dealing with cake... I'll try instructions, they look pretty strai= ght forward.

What is the reason why cake in still = not included by default in latest trunk? It would make testing much easier = for wider number of people...
