Hmmm... that should be a good performer, has the hardware crytpo support, and is a goodly amount more powerful than the N3xxx that I have in a little Zotac box (CI327) router. Others on the OpenWRT forum (dlakeland) have tested that one, or even a lower scale J1900, as being able to shape a full 1Gb link, IIRC. Several threads going into that. BTW, the CI327 seems to now be extinct, but the delayed CI329 (which has a N4100 or 4105) is out now, $160-190, but w/o ram... so maybe this new board is a better deal at that price. Dont think it has Intel eth chipset, think its the "better" Realtec the earlier model had. Another option...
