My calendar reminds me that fq_codel is TWELVE YEARS OLD today! Dave Täht
announced a testable version on the CeroWrt list at:

Since then, fq_codel, CAKE, TX Queues, AQL, ATF, and cake-autorate have all
made their way into good products. (See
