I am at the cavalier club and zip 22044 which are 200 some units of
apartments served by Verizon FiOS and served by Cox Cable
Department I'm in is served by Cox Cable part of the Miss transcription
It's 10:57 a.m. on eclipse day
Play back of video on demand is breaking up
This is rarely experienced here
I'm perhaps we can collect the thread of observations as the service is
interrupted or traffic is reprioritized
I'll be going out in about 2:00 p.m. Eastern standard Time to avoid looking
at the sun and communicate with people on the ground
